Keep her in The picture. She's going to be ballin when she gets her PhD and becomes a surgeon! like someone said earlier, it sounds like she's looking for patience in a man. Just don't get in that friend zone! I'm in the medical field as well, respiratory therapist, and we do 12's. I do on call hours and work up to 5 days a week, nights and days. There are days when I come home and I'm tired as **** and end up passing out after getting home.

I work with nurses and they are for the most part really busy when it comes to work. However, they also only work 3 12 hour shifts a week, so that leaves a lot of time for other stuff, unless of course they have other things going on like school in your situation along with another job.
If I were you, as long as she is showing interest here and there I would keep her around. Personally, I find women that are nurses really really attractive! I'm not sure exactly what it is! maybe its the scrubs I don't know lol.
A lot of the nurses at my workplace are sooo cute ! I flirt with so many its crazy haha. I LOVE NURSES haha

As far as dating one..I have not YET. Mostly because I am only 20 started working at the hospital when I was 19 and most of them are at least 24 -_-. I am also really busy with school ( want to be a nurse or respitory therapist myself) . Have not dated any but I sure have fun flirting with them here and there haha they are such flirts I love it.

I really want to do nursing and of course everyone at the hospital, mostly the nurses want me to do nursing.
However, I really really think RT is freaking awesome I like how (well at least at the hospital I work at) you just go all over the place and do treatment on your patients on diffrent floors so you get to roam around the place a bit more instead of sitting down charting all day in one spot as a nurse. + one more thing, you don't have as much responsibility being an RT compared to a nurse where you deal with mad Docs, family etc.
So for now, I'm trying to do nursing but really leaning towards RT.

Haha... I'd love to date a nurse. With her busy schedule, I can have time to myself to workout and play sports. From the grapevine I hear she doesn't have the best reputation in town. My friend's fiancee suggests I can do better. She returned my call on Friday telling me "oh, I'm so happy you understand my busy schedule blah blah, we should do dinner next week blah blah." Again, I play along and say "ok."

I have other things to do like continue looking around and doing my thing especially since I barely hear from her anyways. At this point I'm too lazy to continue contacting her lol.

There are other better [hot] nurses in town. Too bad they're taken haha.

Busy is one thing, but after all of this nonsense, I just don't think she's into you. It happens... If she still want's to hang out, let her make the plans. If you want to keep playing the game, date other girls. She'll either come around out of jealousy or move on. Either way, it's a win win.
