Best personal experience I can relate with.

Always cracks me up.

It's my mom, who is age 49, My mom's best friend Millie who was 75, and me at age 18 (she was teaching me the ropes of rental property)

FED (Forcible Entry and Detainer) :The judge has ordered the tenant's eviction, and now we have a sheriff coming to clear the house after the eviction was served.

We all walk on to the porch. The sheriff bangs on the door and we open the apartment.

The house is littered with trash, needles, various fluids in the carpet, and used condoms everywhere. In the center of the living room is a rolled up carpet. The sheriff nudges it with his foot and it moves. He puts his gloves on and we help him unroll the carpet. It contains the renter, wrapped up in the carpet, along with numerous needles, and a needle sticking out of her arm. Shes unconscious but she wakes up enough for the sheriff to remove her from the house.

My mom looks at me and says, "You okay?"

I say I'm fine but, "Just wow!"

We spend the rest of two days cleaning up the biohazard of the house and later gutted the apartment.

Later in the first day, we keep cleaning up vibrators, condoms, needles, lubricant, and various dildos.
At one point Millie (In her 75 years of glory), picks up a 3 foot long purple double ended dildo and says, "How the hell would you use this thing?! I mean, good lord its so big, how would you fit that up in there?"

To this day that thought has always cracked me up.

In any awful occasion, there is always a funny side.
