God of War: Ascension
 

Was anyone else actually a bit sad when God of War 3 finished? I found I had the same feeling as I had when Mass Effect 3 finished. It's these great story lines that come to a close and you just don't want them to end.

That said, I didn't even realize another GoW was coming out - I know it's supposed to be a prequel and all, and I'm perfectly OK with that just to get a chance at playing as Kratos again. I guess I just like keeping myself out of the loop intentionally so I can be a bit surprised when I hear the news.

Who knows, maybe it'll suck. But I don't give a damn.

Oh, and the trailer is sick.

I pre-ordered it a few weeks ago. The early reviews say it's pretty good. I'm picking up my copy at midnight on Monday.

Rumor has it, God of War 4 is coming to the PS4.

I pre-ordered it myself - I wanted the Kratos statue next to my Nathan Drake statue for my nerd collection, so I went with the CE (still got it for $65, so not terrible :) )

Also, I kinda doubt you could jack up this IP nearly as bad as SimCity did haha

LOL no kidding... did you hear EA is giving a free game to everyone who registers SimCity by March 18th?

$65 isn't bad if you got the statue. I paid $60 and all I got some some in-game content. :(

Damn wish I knew this. I would of picked up the normal version for $15 off. Probably just wait and stop by Gamestop to see if someone has beat it and returned it in a month. Should get $15 off by then hopefully.

I played for about 90 minutes so far. I gotta say, I'm really loving this game so far. Not only does it look amazing, it's exactly what I was hoping for as far as game play goes. They actually simplified some of the combat while still giving you more moves to do early in the game.

Bonus points for boob action in the first hour of the game! lol Can't wait to get back into it tomorrow!

Got an offer to come back to game fly for one buck a month. I'm only on chapter 17: Martyr's Chamber, but it's fun as hell.

Is it just me, or was this one WAY shorter than the other GOW games?

I finished it in record time. It was fun but it did seem to go by really fast.

Yeah my 2nd run through was just over 5hrs. Since I rented it from gamefly I didn't have whatever code you need to play the multiplayer. So I didn't get to check that out before I sent it back.

Never mind Kratos' bollocks, is this coming with the demo for The Last of Us?
