Only thing I can say is that coupon sometimes doesn't work on the website. I placed the order first at $6.50. Then I just called the 1800 number - 1-877-ADVANCE (238-2623). It took literally 5 min on the phone and very friendly customer service applied coupon code for me to my existing order.
