Hey guys and gals!

I've been thinking about this for a while, why don't we have a cooking thread???


But let me make a 1st suggestion
Most like pasta with chicken, no problem, but making a nice bowtie pasta with pesto sauce and sun dried tomatoes with a nice skirt steak... It'll blow any chicken/pasta combo available!

Preheated oven @ 300 degrees F.
25 minutes
5 Minutes @ broil.


This is what I did. If I were to do it again, maybe more like...6 or 7 minutes broil. They were crispy but they could have been just a tad crispier!


Oh and as far as the cheese, I personally liked the cheddar. Next time I will also use spicier sausages as these were a little mild for my taste.

Yeah, I did a little reading and that is how some people have done them. Pan sear before or even after might work well.

Also seen this done on the BBQ - this will be done after winter has moved on and summer is back in town!
