My husband has always dreamt of something like this. If it had a decent sized bedroom and had a closure between the living space and garage, I would go for it. I just wouldn't want exhaust fumes/smell in my home. I don't need a large home, just enough room to have a good sized bedroom/bathroom and a guest bedroom for company.

Oh, and lots of closet space.

Looks like the kinda place I would get if I won the lotto...I dont need 10 rooms and 8 baths. One big garage(for all the cars I would have) and 2 rooms would do it for me.

The C&C meets in my area are located at a motorplex which is basically a rich man's playground of man caves like dreamer posted. I go sometimes just to see how they decorate those caves.
