It's obviously not supposed to be that big, it's grossly overweight. Maybe a lab mix or something.

If I remember correctly, I think the guy who walked in with the beast said something about it being a Newfoundland, but I never saw one, so I have no idea?

Does anyone know what a Newfoundland looks like? Could this be one?

I guess it could be an extremely large hair growing back from a possible summer shaved one? Faces look pretty similar when i googled.

This looks pretty close to "Mystery Dog". Nice find.

Maybe a larger dog, but not all weight, maybe lots of hair too... did you pet it and actually become able to tell if it was hair or fat?

Been a long time, I can't remember much more than the picture shows. I might have a second photo though that could reveal a bit more about this dog. I will check.

I found another picture of the "Bar Mystery Dog" . Maybe this will help identify the beast.
