I figured it wouldn't be a big deal, but I just wanted to get some additional feedback. If someone has a good reason why they do something a particular way, I'd like to know and see if it works for me as well. You're always welcome to advise me after all you are older than me

It's not going to hurt. Meg's makes some good products. I would not necessarily use it to replace a proper waxing, but if you want to use it to extend the life of the wax you do put down, by all means.

I'm curious to get your feedback on the product. Let us know your thoughts after the fact.

I have used it last year with a lot of success . Just don't expect it to last a long time.

Excellent I might have to get more of this stuff. I feel like I don't wax often enough already, so this stuff after the in between washes seems perfect!

Your explanations are always comforting, Mr. Kenchan I'd rep you if I weren't out

The Quik Wax spray seems like a solid product. I definitely have a nice shine that isn't there after a normal wash. And because it was incredibly easy to apply, I will probably make it standard routine for the washes in between clay and wax

I did the car in about 13 sections:

Roof (2), Hood (2), D/P Front Fender, D/P Door + Sideskirt, D/P Rear Fender, Rear Bumper (2), Hatch + Spoiler

I used one towel to spread the wax after spraying it directly on the panel. Then I used a separate towel for the final clean wipe for each section. It worked great and only took about 10 minutes to do the whole car

Note: I never wax my front bumper. I figure the sooner it starts looking ratty, the sooner I'll have a reason to replace it (probably with another stock)

That's the truth. I just had a small sample size (7 oz I think) and it's more than half gone after one use on the Z. Still, If I get a full size bottle, it should last about a year since I won't be using it during the full wash, clay, and wax sessions.

So I don't think the wrap is sticking very well.

No, the owner wasn't sure the wrap wwould stick so he tested it with just this one side. I'm texting him now to see if there is a better way to go about it or if this is it. If this is it, I'm getting in touch with a bodyshop to get it painted.

Mr. JAR - now that my work schedule is lightening up, I'd be more than happy to bring my Griot's stash to casa JAR for a wax "Tech Day". I've got both the 3" and 6" random orbital buffers and enough products to even make ms. pint happy (whose car we can work on too!). Might ask for a corner of a room to unroll a sleeping bag on, for the night, but happy to help.

Here are the results of my first experience with Adam's Metal Polish 1 and 2:

Nissan 370Z Forum - JARblue's Album: Adams Metal Polish

I am quite happy with the results. This stuff definitely works better than any metal polishing products I tried previously. In fact, they never worked, which is probably the reason my exhaust tips got as dirty as they did.

Here is a close up after an initial clean with Windex
