Oh Mr. Kenchan, I called Sears about the torque wrench. The guy said no problem, and I brought it in for an exchange. Little did I realize, they were on sale, and of course, the only one completely out of stock was my particular model. They were only $40!! That's like 60% off
 I should have asked when I was on the phone, but I'll just go in this weekend when they get their next shipment
