yep unfortunately you would want to drive it enough so you dry out the exhaust, not to mention that letting the car idle for prolonged periods of times is bad. This cause the engine to be in a run rich state as it idles which can lead to premature engine problems from this rich mixture

all you need to do is disconnect the battery and when spring comes reconnect it and she will fire right up

I have had no issues with mine as of yet!
