Agree with Mr.kenchan's comments. Have to let them know at some point the work load is different and the pay has to be different too.

yah, every family and situation is different so my way is only one of the many ways to manage time and money well.

but i have to say, my day is 120% filled these days. there is not one second im not doing something. thus, i envy those that can stand waiting for a car's and coffee 3hrs prior, just to park their cars together.

must be nice.
