yep, when we are professionals of something, it's just the way it is. after a while it becomes part of life and we just deal with it like we would with anything else.  when my kids were born i did a 180degree turn and now my kids are priority and work is just scheduled around my kids's schedules. when they're older i will probably reverse it again.
