Essilor Physio 2.0 f360 with Crizal Forte UV.

No need to go for Crizal Sapphire, not much of a difference.

Well, what's actually going on is that I need a stronger reader than I used to, but that would make things blurry at a distance and I'd constantly have my glasses on and off.
So the bifocal is supposed to be a little more practical for my workday.

I'm not at the point where I need glasses to drive, watch TV or do normal stuff.
That's probably next year LOL!

If I'm doing detail work like a men's clipper cut or a precision bob on a woman, I find myself straining to gain focus without glasses.
The lighting in my salon is a little soft and we have dark walls, as well.
When I'm on a stage, I have no problem seeing, but I wear glasses to look like a hipster geek.

this one's been living here for last decade so, so probably americanized taffyapple.

anyway, his plan had too many holes (not well thought out as a pro) and i was getting pretty tired of listening to the guy so i started asking some typical questions he had not thought through... and he's going to work on it some more. meeting ended pretty quick.

wheew, time to sip on coffee and have my pm snack.

You probably want to try a pair of progressive, like the one I suggested earlier, basically it covers far, mid and close up.

That's what I'm getting. The bottom is my strong reader (+2.75 I think), and the top is like a +1 with that middle zone.

The real bummer about these lenses is that they aren't done in an hour. I always like a new pair of glasses before I go to the show in Chicago, and I always get them at the last minute.
Whoops.
