many rookie travelers who board in Zone 3 and think there is actually going to be room in the overheads for their massive roller bags, find out there is not and then have to go back to the front of the plane to gate check their bags, delaying everyone... Meanwhile, I sit comfortably in First Class -- sipping my coffee and chuckling...

nasty looks from uppity first-classers as i drag my raggedy-arse BACK towards the front of the plane...i mean, who knew?!?
