When I have things to sell on Craigslist I remind myself of all the criminals out there just looking to get a foot in the door or any other crack they can stick it in, and instead, I just throw it away or donate it to Goodwill.

Sure, I'm flushing money down the toilet but nobody ever got shot in the head over flushing money down the toilet (unless it wasn't their money.)

I've only ever wanted to hang out with someone from CL once. Guy I bought my Swift springs from had just gotten his Z so I invited him to hang with us at Cars and Coffee. Other than that, I try to just sell on eBay and take the fee hit.

i do the same. ive been donating alot of stuff lately, mostly kids stuff that they've out grown. schools, park district, good will. also my wife's friends been coming around just picking up things (for free) to use for their babies and toddlers.

i rather have free space (for wheel sets ofcourse :tup: ) giving things away vs dealing with unknown folks...

Yet I seem to be so much poorer than I was a week ago... :bowrofl:
