Hard to say 100% but I think the fuel regulator failed and filled the vac lines with fuel. I think the fuel was sparked by the alternator/starter somehow. I was in NY at the time but the person who started it said they never smelled fuel so if it was contained in the vac lines until the rail got pressure maybe. There was litterally nothing left so it is hard to say but it went up fast from what I understand. It was in my shop at the time and he pushed it out and put out a small fire that had started in the shop when he got back to the car the exstinguisher he first grabbed wouldn't put it out and it was a total loss extremely quickly I guess.
