Good Morning Everyone...

Went to see the doctor this morning regarding my shoulder, eventually she is scheduling me to see a specialist, an MRI is going to be done before or after depending on how long before I will see the specialist.

Right now I think I have to take a break from tennis until the pain is gone.

This shoulder problem has been bothering me for years, went very bad last year when I start to play seriously... so hopefully we can resolve the problem....

Good morning all! Looks like everybody is here and accounted for...well, almost everybody....don't see Gurney or LMBMike.....even Eastwest has graced us with his presence!

back at it today full of drugs and pizz and vinegar!! Yepp-almost 100% again.
SOrry to hear about your should ALcheng and your cold Mr. Gale...try some Zicam-it works wonders if you can catch the cold early enough.

No way Ms.BC! Never! I saw your cold remedy suggestion. It's a little late for me now but will try next time. This time I hit it hard with a high quality multivitamin 3 times a day and a cup of OJ in the morning. I think this helped keep the cold to a very minor inconvenience.

How is your day going so far?
