So, body shop says I'm getting a brand new front bumper instead of repairing it.

Also, they want $250 to color match my door handles.

Anyone have a hook up out there for color matching?

I know a little bit about paint, its not gonna require a lot of paint, but paint and clear coat is expensive, I'd say about $125 +/- is for just the paint and clear, the rest is labor.

I hear ya, its just the cost of paint is pricey as hell, it sucks. But it is what it is.
