can you tell me where the release valve (cap) is located on the Z's hose? thanks.
Morning Ken Yes, the blue stuff is recommended change at 105K miles or 7 years according to the manual. The manual also claims that mixing any other coolant (including the green Nissan stuff) decreases the life of the original, factory-filled fluid.

I believe the pressure release valve is the radiator cap itself (IIRC it is rated to somewhere around 19.5 psi).

I still don't get why I wouldn't keep mine though. Color me confused. And my post was talking about the drive.

I've got several people offering me start buttons. I will be overflowing with them if I'm not careful

The one I made this weekend is the one I purchased from darkside, so I'm still sitting on my OEM one that I replaced. There will be plenty

I figured I'll just make one up for you out of the extra(s) I have, and then we'll swap it... no downtime for the DDs

and you're the one who forgot to text me about driving Sat, so you've got no excuses there

After purchase inside I ask one of the service guys if I can borrow a funnel, and the guy responds incredulously that they can't lend tools to customers, as though I'm going to run off with their $0.75 funnel. Said fine, screw you too, and drove back to the office.

I only added a little because I don't want to overfill while it's hot. I will check it again tonight at home when it is on level ground and the engine is cold. Here's my red Solo cup funnel

on the funnel dude...

Good afternoon all I had to do a minor repair on some aluminum fascia on my shed, the wind decided to grab it and bend it around. It's fixed as good as I can do for now. Come spring time I'll have to cut and bend a new piece.

Forum related, I did my rep duty, now time to get caught up.

Are you talking about the drain valve? If you are there is a small hose just behind the rad with a Philips head screw in it. You can see this when doing your oil change, assuming you remove the entire under shroud. I can take a picture for you this afternoon if you like.
