Actually, you should wait until your early to mid-40's when your eyes supposedly stop getting worse.

I had lasik 12 years ago when I got to the point that I could not be corrected with contacts - just about legally blind. I ended-up 20-17 in one eye and 20-25 in the other.

Over the years my eyes have degraded back to 20-40, not uncommon. One side effect that they don't talk about is dry eye, which adds to vision difficulties.

Would I do it again - Yes. Just be prepared for some minor issues down the road.

Future outlook is poor for apple. Even though they had record revenues and profit they don't have good product differentiation and their margins will be decreasing (they plan to drop prices/rising supplier costs)
