I used to wake up after about 6 hours of sleep no matter what because of my back - we even bought a tempurpedic mattress and no change. However, since I got a body inverter in recent weeks, I feel like I am sleeping much better. And my back doesn't hurt quite as much even when I don't do my exercises

good for you!! Mine feels better in spurts....but i can a l m o s t put my socks on now....still some discomfort but better i guess! You driving the Z today or does wifey have dibs again?! Lol!
