Had to skip my physical therapy this morning and now I'm grouchy. :(

Other manager had to attend a seminar with the boss and I had to be in to make sure the boys got to work on certain projects. Luckily my GTG got me some coffee and an egg white sandwich from McD's. (Yes I know it was probably still unhealthy.)
