mr.alcheng- considering the crap these taffyapples injest, that cupnoodle is probably pretty innocent?

i dont remember the last time i had instant cup noodle...

so my kid micro-kenchan was cutting out these animals from his picture book thingie.

he cut out a hippo, a cow, and an elephant.

it looked like a portrait of where i work.

all i know is that i can see where im peeing and can do 50 situps along with mr.gurney bent-knee back excercise every am without breaking a sweat?

can it be MORE fit? absolutely...that's where the folding bike comes in.

I think the french fries from Mr.Mc Donald's is about the same if not worse...

I don't remember last time I had either Mcdonald's or instant noodle....

mr.alcheng- something about potatoes and french fries. when i have baked potatoes or potato salads my wife makes, no issue, but as soon as i start consuming 'frenchfries' i feel bloated. why is this?

is it the oil in there?

so i stopped eating hagdaz icecream. ive not had one scoop since november.

i keep thinking about mmmmm... time for hagdaz... but instead been eating fruits.
