Yup. That's my deductible cost. Real cost is $1700 and change.

Ok, makes sense. Just make sure you get a really good shop. Pearls are hard to colour match and blend. Keep us in the loop.

I can't say I've ever heard any specifically good or bad reviews about their paintwork. I've heard good and bad things about their bodywork, though the bad things were all resolved without major conflict.

Yeah the body work is what worries me but since I won't need any of it, I'm wondering how great their paint is. They stated they used factory code and at least they are aware that it's a stage 3 (talked to someone before who wasn't aware). It's either get started here or try to find time to get a quote from Continental Collision in the next few weeks.

honestly, do the research. way worth it in the end.. instead of possibly having to get it done a second time

I do not recommend Continental Collision. I have a good friend who had a terrible experience there and they were completely unreasonable with her. :shakes head:

Nothing, just getting the paint defect issue take care of before my hood starts to get worse. Drove through some debris last Friday and actually got more chips on the hood, front bumper and a chip on my windshield so I filed a claim for it all.
