Seen quite a few of these, but hahaha, never seen that flashlight one... ingenious, even though it would be cheaper to get new headlights, I would think.

Really depends on the headlights. You could make a reflector assembly and wire up some stuff for a high voltage, high output krypton or halogen headlight .... for probably less than those flashlights would cost at retail.

You're probably better off as getting a high output LED flashlight... recently got a Maglite with an LED. It's a 2 D-cell, and it's significantly brighter, cleaner, and much more output than the freshly loaded 4 D-cell with a conventional bulb. Costs about twice as much, but just buy the 4 D-cell LED. It would probably just as bright as our standard HID's on our Z's.
PS: Sorry for the thread jack!

If you really want to, buy a SureFire. Those monsters come with high intensity voltage converters that make a bright as hell light, skullcrusher tips, glass breaker ends, usually billet aircraft grade aluminum or titanium, and they feel remarkably sturdy. If I had the money, I'd buy a SureFire over a general purpose Maglite.

Carlton dance is easy. Just swing your arms and snap at the peak of each swing, all while walking in place with big leg kicks... I swear, that dance was an icon. I even taught some friends the handshake that Will did.. the slap and PSHHHH
