Default Need some work related help

Hello everyone! Maybe you guys can help me out.
I need to convince the companies team of administration to raise the wages of per diem workers.. And since im a per diem in that job, of course im interested in trying my best to convince them.
Theres going to be a meeting with them a week from now and for reasons unknown to me, ive been chosen to represent the employees at my job.

So if anyone has any advice as to why per diem workers should earn a raise, im all eyes lol. Thanks everyone

I'd start by doing a little research at some of the labor union sites. They may have tips on collective bargaining strategies. Good luck.

Edit: If you can convince a union organizer that they have a chance of bringing your group into the fold, they may be willing to provide quite a bit of help. Maybe not. They'll never say "Yes" if you don't ask.

economys tough tell them to raise wages.

Jp, being humble always gets people to be on your side, just tell them you barely get enough to support yourself and family and tell them gas prices are rising they should believe that.

PS: You guys work per hour right? So just say you need more hours as well.
