Still don't know. Cops never showed up. A few of the guys here went and followed the trail as well and say that it looks like it was maybe seeping out of the garbage pick up truck since there a few dark spots near a couple of dumpsters. They think it might not be blood after all. *shrug*

Found out, I have a policy on my insurance that cuts my deductible in half if I complete a blue form about the parking lot hit-and-run on the Acura last night, submit the form to the local police department, and fax a copy to the insurance

I remember after a football game one fall, my friend (Best Man at my wedding) and I were pretty wasted and ended up wandering towards the Capitol grounds pretty wasted. We started climbing the dangerously pointed fence we encountered, and soon a police office came over after and asked wtf we were doing.
