hummmm... started having these episodes where i see something nice (not talking about a girl, my wife is great), i kick myself for not noticing it earlier in life. and now i cant do anything about it, but to just watch from the sidelines.

is this the start of mid-life crisis?

I would have to agree with you, but man, the minute you slow down is when age starts catching up with you.

but im just a regular-ken really.

these days i see things i wish i tried years ago (like live somewhere different or tried different jobs, etc) and knowing that i realistically can't today, i try to encourage my kids to try different things.
