do you know the diameter of the stillens?

i will see what i can do about the iggydoor. i put so many locks on it i think i forgot which key goes to which lock.
I found this somewhere in the forum:

The average diameter of all are about 27-30 on the front and 25-28 on the rear, besides diameter, the stiffness of the material is a factor, how much the % of the aftermarket is stiffer than the stock is what I'm looking at.

Regarding the Cusco sway bar, it's about 124% stiffer on the front...

But I am a bit on the rear when their website says it's 238% stiffer than the stock......

The Stillen one is adjustable, and I believe also the Whiteline.

I will check the price with my local shop, if the price is right.... mmm.... Christmas shopping...

ms.pint- if he was like that from the getgo then some folks are like that...i mean some folks just suck at showing affection.

but if he changed over the years then counseling sounds like a good step. after a long time together sometimes we get too comfy with each other and loose the sense of appreciation towards one another.

i will say that im not a big fondue fan. imho, fondue is for women to take forever to eat at the table with their girlfriends gossiping over this and that and blah blah blah. but my kids and i endured the 3+hrs at the fondue place when my wife requested we go there for her bday.
something to consider is whitelines are solid while stillen, eibach, hotchkis are hollow. Are Cusco hollow or solid?

On the other hand, I don't see Cusco have a distributor in North America, they do.. have three in China and one in Hong Kong...

Sure bud... I am more leaning on the Stillen one, the Z is stock height and I don't wanna pair a stiff sway with the stock spring/shocks.

But will keep you updated!!

I have the whitelines. Good stuff. When I was researching sway bars I read that the Hotchkis front is too stiff for our car. Both brands are top notch though.

You could be the new Cusco North American distributor out the back of the optical store.

thanks for the info, mr.alcheng. i do agree that material does play a big role in the stiffness regardless of diameter of the bar.

looking at the vs stock, i think max 150% is about where i want my bar to be. i dont want my car stiff, i want to lessen the initial turn-in softness the car is programed with. but at the same time..

i can achieve this either with the swaybar or with stiffer dampers. this is where ive been trying to decide. i have a feeling i might be happier swapping out the dampers as it can also eliminate the normal-car-like feel while going over big dips. it's not a huge deal for me, but just trying to decide if i want to commit on the entire process (ordeal) or just leave it alone since the car drives pretty well.

Most of them are hollow, how is the weight compare to the others when it is a solid build?
