Just a thought... If that green stuff is sooooo sticky, then why don't they use it to mount the thing to the windshield instead of a suction cup?

I have no idea, but I notice the battery cover is tightly stick onto the pad while I have my phone in my hand... when I was trying to pull the phone off the pad...
