370Z Model Kits
I wasn't sure where to put this, but I'm wondering. What would the interest be in having a replica of your personal vehicle. I build models. This is the kit I would use. Nissan Fairlady Z (Z34) (Model Car) Tamiya No.315|Sports Car
It'd be done up exactly as your personal vehicle. |

This would be a great idea to those who are done with their Zs for good, but even then new mods and new changes to the Z happen every so often, so it all depends, im sure I wouldn't want a replica when a month later my car looks totally different and you have to make another one.

Or you can test out what you think you might want to go with your Z as far as looks go. I know where you’re going with this. I like it I’m sure others have built one of these already not to mention add to their collection.

Price wise what would we be looking at? I could possibly go for a 40th Edition one, if you can capture the paint color. haha.

I've built that kit before. But I'm not being very good at them, it only turned out so-so. It was the highest quality kit I've tried to put together though - good stuff! If I had more time I'd definitely try it again.

Can you get a LHD car? I would assume no, but hey worth asking.

Tamiya makes nice model kits. I just wish it wasn't a curbside model.

That can always be fixed, but then that would require a hell of a lot more time and be pricier. I've done aircraft for a while, I stopped because I got that whole accuracy bug and I was starting to spend TOO much for one kit.

Yeah I put away all my model stuff. I started to get into scratch building which got very expensive and time consuming. Custom leather 1/24 scale interiors take a lot of time and result in a lot of cut fingers.

cool site! I have a z collection at home that i can add some of these to. Just curious though, how would you do bodykits and such. Or are you just saying you can match them paint wise.
