Why do product Vendors on this site "bump" their products every single day. The New Posts section is 95% Vendor topics. The same guys bumping the same products day after

Vendors bumping threads ...
Why do product Vendors on this site "bump" their products every single day.
 The New Posts section is 95% Vendor topics. The same guys bumping the same products day after day. Are there any rules on how many times sellers can bump their topics? Coming from NSXPrime & GolfMK6 ... Vendors can only bump a product thread once a month. Kept a lot of the noise out. Just curious
