Now you guys need to apply for a CW permit. According to an article I read recently, it's not impossible to get one in NJ.

My friend's father can't get one even though he's a retired cop. NJ's reasoning being PTSD from responding on 9/11. According to the state, he's not fit to own any firearm now because of it
