It's real, although it may not actually be NYPD. Rather, a team in upstate New York recently.

In the NYC category, however, there is this guy, who appears to have his Aimpoint CompM3 installed backwards.

And then there's this one that's been making the rounds for awhile

At least she has good trigger discipline and I'm guessing the one injured man wasn't by her.

Reminds me of a time I took a liberal do-gooder know-it-all uncle to the range. I was gonna show him how to use my Glock and he says he fine, he's used one before, so I let him be. I go do my thing then come back to him when he's about to go hot, and when he goes to rack the slide nothing happens. The idiot inserted the magazine correctly, but he loaded it with the cartridges facing him
