Just take your time with it. I have found the easiest way to do decals like that is to tape one edge in place. Then you can pull it back to the tape to expose the adhesive while you keep the decal where you want it on the window. Then slowly press the decal to the window starting with the taped edge - a hard plastic edge works best, but you can just use your finger as last resort.
