Honestly it's hard to trust ppl, I've been an eBay person for the longest time. I've been ripped off many times. It's possible that he would have done that! Like

Honestly it's hard to trust ppl, I've been an eBay person for the longest time.
I've been ripped off many times. It's possible that he would have done that! Like why would he automatically ask for a partial refund? Instead of bringing the problem to ur attention? Did he leave feedback b4 he sent u messages about the jacket? - The One - |

Yes he did leave feedback first. The partial refund is what threw me off the more I thought about it. As nice of jacket as it was (Icon Compound Mesh) I would of just wanted to return it. That coupled with the lame reason he wanted it for less to begin with.
