People who stop at the end of a highway on-ramp because they don't know how to f-ing merge. Maybe if there were going faster than 20 mph around the ramp

People who stop at the end of a highway on-ramp because they don't know how to f-ing merge. Maybe if there were going faster than 20 mph around the ramp they would have been able to accelerate to merge speed more easily!
