It was a fun afternoon. most vette guys are cool anyway.
It is a Grand Sport. Sport Edition. Just north of 70 grand though.

It's correct for him to park in two spaces? :rofl2:

Both fine automobiles. I've owned 3 'Vettes, 1959, 1968, 1984--and I find the Z more refined in its handling, and the seats much more supportive and comfortable. Can't speak to newer Corvettes, however. I hear the seat complaints are still extant.

The 'Vette is, quite appropriately, keeping its distance. Sort of like a shy 3-yr-old...

yeah he is. he's a doctor at the office complex where we work. that's my 370.

had fun with him on how he parked. just over into a handicapped parking space!

Classic way to park like an a-hole. Perhaps it's time for him to retire.

Most 'vette guys are cool. Is this fellow included or excluded due to parking?

dP3NGU1N 06-29-2012 07:19 PM

I don't see how this is a proper way to park. The guy deserves to get dinged for parking like a clown. If he can't park like a competent human being he can't expect to be treated like one.

I'll play devils advocate. How many times have you parked on the far end of a half empty lot and come out to find some s-box parked right next to you. He didn't take up front spaces and there were plenty of closer spots. Maybe it's just a precaution. Just saying.

MattP725 06-29-2012 07:32 PM

On second thought there is a sidewalk so likely in front of a building. He's an a-hole. Lol

Sure I suppose the only way to stop someone from being an arsehole to you is to be an arsehole to everyone else first.... wait that doesn't work either.... :shakes head:

Being afraid that someone is going to park poorly next to you doesn't mean you should preemptively park like ***. In my opinion it just makes you a target. Subconsciously I want to drive my beater right into him *SARCASM! kinda...*

Montez 06-29-2012 07:44 PM

I see 1 "classic" as you put it parked correctly..........

ShinyBlueZ 06-29-2012 07:55 PM

Aren't those.. Nismo wheels? At least he's got good taste in rims.

lol he's a double douche though. he parked like a douche.. but he also took up the handicap spot where there's the little blue ramp for people with like wheelchairs and stuff.

sonic370 06-29-2012 08:22 PM

not here to take up for the guy. correct way to park sure hit a nerve here.

it was on a late Friday afternoon most everyone had left for the day. heck i would not have been there if i had not forgotten something at my office....

i really don't think he did it on purpose are to be an a-hole....

now there is a guy that works there who drives a GTR who thinks his farts don't stink. parks anyway he won'ts to.....

but i think most of us will admit when we're out we try to find the best and a safe place to park.....
