Just talked to my insurance company. If I drop my Z and add a GT500 there is only a $15 a month increase.

Doesn't surprise me in the least. The Z is more expensive to insure than domestics in general. I looked at the cost of replacing one of my vehicles with a GT. If I got rid of my DD (mazda 6), I'd pay more. If I replaced the Z with the GT, I'd pay less.
