The eagle has landed. LOL I e-mailed some questions to a car club having a car show this weekend. Told them what car I had and they invited me to be part of GM's Engine Assembly Plant display.

GM tech: Ok guys, now look at this ZL1, this is how you do not build or use an engine. Basically we threw in the motor in hopes people would just buy the ZL1 thinking they could do anything with it.

wish you lived closer, i've been wanting to shoot a ZL1 pretty badly... of all the places, one of those small time local dealers (who regularly has a variety of new camaros) right up the road from me had a ZL1 for about a week. i went by to talk to him and see if he'd let me shoot it but he wasn't there and the worker apparently didn't relay the message because i never heard from him. it was gone soon after :shakes head:

You can do anything with it. It is as much a straight line drag car as a road race car. Cause racecar. Your jelly is showing Dream ;)

Easy, but we all know they're incredibly boring colors. Who the f*ck would get a grey sports car? :stirthepot:

( Click to show/hide )

Yes, I know most Z's are greyscale.

I first thought the book "50 shades of grey" was a book about Nissan's paint colors.

Cuz greyscale colors are both attractive and low profile. just like a 50 cent paperback romance.....that you pay 20 bucks for the hardcover for :shakes head:

You know its not Just Nissan. Tell me when is the last time You saw a new BMW that's not white, silver or black? In fact I think the x5 officially only comes in white, 3 shades if gray, and black

Very true, man.

That's why, to me, M3's are very striking in Imola Red.

And it's not just exterior colors. So many car interiors are only available in safe colors: black, grey, tan. I love seeing red, orange, blue, or even green leather interiors. And I totally dig the plaid cloth that adorns modern GTI's.
