Yeah, they are saying a weight loss of 250 to 500 lbs. and addin IRS. A complete redesign and I'm hoping for more tech toys.

Im thinking something like the Genesis Coup with a V8.

I see the Z going the way of the Toyabru. Smaller engine. I think with both the Toyota, Subaru, and turbo 4 genesis coup that market is getting tight. And the Z doesn't have back seats.

What is the Z's identity? A poorman's Porsche or an expensive toyubru?

Both? Might be part of the problem... It's underpowered for it's competition, or it's overly expensive for it's competition...

Bigger question would be the Name... If they go smaller displacement, can't call it a 300Z again... So what do they name it??

smaller engine yes, but not 4cyl, and possibly turbo again...

Drop the number series and just call it the Z coup and Z roadster. Nissan already has it registered and used it on their own website.
