CISPA...goodnight sweet Constitution

Is anybody else wondering wtf is going on here? Right now it looks like it may very well pass. It does not seem to have as much opposition as SOPA, even thoughit seems like it is wayyy more unconstitutional. What's up with all the recent attempts at destroying the Internet?

Not sure on who's behind it, but I'm sure it's got something to do with ALEC or another lobbying group. As of now, Obama and his administration oppose the bill. Hopefully our representatives get their act together and vote against this.

I genuinely fear for the future of this country.

is this that **** that is supposed to go in effect in july where the ISP monitors what you download and sends you like up to 6 warnings? i read a bit about that

one thing i dont understand is where is line drawn i mean what is their criteria? what if you just stream like a show/movie or something and its not like torrented or DLed
