Gas price per grade poll
So, I've noticed , as of about last year. The gas stations in my area ( St. Louis ) started price fixing. That is..one brand of stations raised the cost of gas $.05 per grade ; the rest followed suit and keep the price up. As long as I can remember, gas was always in $.10 increments per grade.
Example ( old ) : 87 - $2.00 89 - $2.10 93 - $2.20 Now: 87 - $2.00 89 - $2.15 93 - $2.30 I just wanted to know what everyone else was paying per grade in their local area. |
past the station this morning and it said 2.43
you don't have a .01 increment in there. |
93 is quite hard to find in my area, mostly 91's. :/

Only put 93 and it's $2.79. I filled up twice last week! (drove like 400 miles in one day):driving:
Grades differs .20 in my area. |
87 = $2.69
91 = $2.99 And full of Ethanol! Prices are a climbin'! "the Model T ran both gas and ethanol and got 25 mpg, while today's average car gets 21 mpg! And they had electric cars then too, but liquid fuel was easier. 100 years later and we are less efficient than Henry Ford." |
87 = 2.41
91 = 2.75 Here in southern SC |
