Always, I can't even back up without it on. I fly commercially for a living and it creeps me out to not be well connected to the seat when operating a vehicle.

... after flying through a windshield because i wasn't wearing the seat belt in the back seat, YES i wearing for 5min for 2min, in the front seat, back seat. any seat.

I have for a long time now, but only after I was almost thrown through a windshield. My friend Sam just died a few weeks ago from not wearing a seatbealt. Buckle up

i always wear mine. doesn't feel right without it, too much movement.
i have a friend who never wears his, and drives around with the damn car beeping at him since it's not buckled. makes me real uncomfortable to be a passenger when he's driving.

I wear mine 99% of the time unless I am driving my truck up to the corner liqour store from the office after work (2 blocks on sidestreets) I will ALWAYS wear it if actually driving no matter how short the drive.
