I think we all know where that would have gone...

- Public Endangerment
- Possibly (Probably) Drunk... So DUI
- Damage to Public Property (the road)
- Damage to Private Property (the cement truck)
- Vehicular Manslaughter (if he had survived/truck driver had been killed)
So once you see the whole picture, death sounds pretty fair.
I'm suprised the police cruiser couldn't keep up though. To a loaded truck... Personal safety is one thing, but they teach you defensive vehicle techniques for a reason.
Glad to hear the Cement truck driver is ok though.
