Have you tried this before? This picture was at a restaurant down the street from me...but My mom makes really good Pho. Everytime I visit her in Dallas she has to cook it for me

I have definitely had pho. It's been a little while since I've been to a Vietnamese restaurant, but when I do I always get the pho, and I like to make it hot!

I like their spring rolls as well. That's something my wife and I will make from time to time. Boil up some shrimp in beer, shred some cilantro, mint, basil, bib lettuce, matchstick-sized cucumber slices and bean sprouts...break out the rice paper and a warm bowl of water and go to towns on those things! Oh yeah, my wife makes a sauce with chili paste and I think fish sauce too.

Damn that sounds good too! My wife and I always get spring rolls as a appetizer. But Another vietnamese soup I like is Bun Bo Hue. Dang it I'm hungry now

Yes happytheman, filet mignon is my favorite, they virtually melt in your mouth....

But if you like it bleed, Sirloin is a better choice.
