LOL I have a lot of those guys at work! One that stands out is a Tech Rep who loves to belittle you with his knowledge! It doesn't bother me

LOL I have a lot of those guys at work! One that stands out is a Tech Rep who loves to belittle you with his knowledge! It doesn't bother me that he's "smarter". He does after all has 20 or so years experience on the system. When he tries to use his all knowingness on me I just constantly tell him that he's so smart making it obvious! Before he leaves I even say out loud so he can hear me that I wish I could be just as smart as him one day! LOL! It gets on his nerves! I've been noticing he tries to avoid talking to me as much As he can LOL!
