Weight Loss....pictures?

Whats the most weight you've loss? Since 2002-2009 i lost 70lbs. Went from 240lbs to 165-170lbs. But after getting married i gained back 30lbs. My doctor today said i need to lose weight again and join the gym..my blood pressure is really high..188/90...guessing im suppose to be around 120/90 or something? and im on medication now!...This sucks. No more Fried Chicken for me

Want to be around driving the Z for loooong time! haha. But anyways heres a before picture and after.

Holy crap, that's high.

after my little brother passed away back in 1985, I went from 190 to 160 in 2 weeks. Today I'm at 170.

I need to get back on my diet! Thanksgiving and Christmas food this weekend is going to kill me!

I've lost over 30 lbs in the past year, currently around 175. I want to drop down another 10 lbs, but gain more muscle. It's not easy and a healthy diet is the hardest part. I tell you though, I've never felt better now that I go to the gym at least 4 times a week. People think I'm 10 years younger and I can run a mile without huffing and puffing for air. Keep at it bro, your wife, your family and you will appreciate it. Good luck!

^I hear ya on that! I gained about 7 pounds since thanksgiving and it's only going to get worse after this weekend. It's going to be another weight loss resolution for new years

wow, OP congrats on that weight loss. If you've done it before, I'm sure you'll be able to drop some fat again and get taht BP under control fyi, traditionally, 120/80 was considered the standard for healthy BP. good luck.

LOL! That's my wifes stuff animal.. some animated thing she likes. I got it for her in Chicago in Chinatown.

We love Chicago! Its 4-5hr drive from BORING St. Louis! We go there twice a year every year! Memorial and Labor day weekend. BUT i want try something new like new York or LA.. never been.
