wow, OP congrats on that weight loss. If you've done it before, I'm sure you'll be able to drop some fat again and get taht BP under control fyi, traditionally, 120/80 was considered the standard for healthy BP. good luck.

LOL! That's my wifes stuff animal.. some animated thing she likes. I got it for her in Chicago in Chinatown.

We love Chicago! Its 4-5hr drive from BORING St. Louis! We go there twice a year every year! Memorial and Labor day weekend. BUT i want try something new like new York or LA.. never been.
