What are ur feelings if u were in a situation.

Bought something off Somebosy and not the first time u dealt with them and met them face to face..blah blah

You get a deal. They promise you a certain extra piece (only reason the deal was done, thinking u would get this extra piece) and the person goes missing

You then let them borrow some spacers until they dont need them
You ask for them back because they are selling wheels and don't need them...."no problem". The swap was done at a shop both of us there. I forgot to ask for them when we leave.

You text him or her 5 days later asking for the spare item and the spacers. "I gave the spacers to my bro" ugh wtf lol.

Person locally goes MIA. No spare item as promised and MY spacers are donated to another car when I said I needed them back

How would u handle the situation ?

Sorry to hear all this, especially from a fellow Chicagoland 370Z owner. I would definitely be pissed off. It sounds like the person is realy D Bag. I mean I would try to track them down but you said they went completely mia so I guess that's tough to do.

Maybe try to go through people that know that person?

On a side note: Sounds like I have to be careful of shady locals around chicago then
